First of Digital Sunrise can be obtained for free from events or tickets and anti-champion rifle could be obtained for 3000+ coins in the Armory but now can be bought for 500 gems... | Price winner: Digital Sunrise | Due to basically being free.
Anti-champion rifle has excellent, cool skins and digital sunrise is a great weapon as in design by itself. | Design winner: Anti-Champion rifle. | Due to cool skins.
Digital sunrise and anti-champion rifle are same...they both one shot..although anti-champion one shots with one go, while digital sunrise kills you with bleeding and if the opponent finds armor or regenerates health he/she will live. They are both wall breaking weapons. | Damage winner: Anti-Champion rifle. | Due to it killing you with 1 go.

More wins in this comparison from Digital Sunrise. Although if you have Digital Sunrise it does not worth buying Anti-Champion rifle.
