The Ice Club is one of the most OP weapons in the game. Its so OP someone can consider it broken. fast fire rate, can kill multiple enemies at the same times and great amount of ammo. People spam it a lot and be careful! You must rocket jump to avoid these users! Although even rocket jumping might not save you because somehow Ice Club can kill people in the air!!!!
How to make the weapon more effective/lethal? Add modules so it makes explosion when you die. Always aim at the target, do not just spam. Even if the target is not in ground or is not far you do not have to jump and spam. Just aim and shoot, it will kill your target.
